This is how you wax G-1000
G-1000 is a stiff fabric and the dense weave (with the exception of G-1000 Air) already makes it quite wind resistant. However, by applying Greenland Wax, made from a mixture of beeswax and paraffin, you make the fabric more windproof, water resistant and even more durable.
This product uses Fjällräven G-1000, our own hardwearing outdoor fabric that together with timeless design, creates products that are able to stay in use for many, many years.
